Refund Policy – CRP Qbank
Effective date: Mar 26, 2026
1) Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following are true:
- Timing: You email a refund request within 24 hours of purchase (based on the purchase timestamp recorded by our payment system).
- No use: No one has logged in to the account after purchase, and no Qbank content—including questions, explanations, practice exams, or any other section—has been accessed.
- Where you bought it: The purchase was made directly on our website (not via a third party).
“Log in” = a successful authentication to your account (including SSO).
“Access” = viewing, attempting, downloading, or otherwise interacting with any Qbank content.
If our system shows any login or content access or if the 24-hour window has passed, the subscription is considered used and is not refundable, except where required by law.
2) How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email used at checkout with:
- Subject: Refund Request – CRP Qbank
- Your full name
- Order number / transaction ID
- Email address on the account
We will verify eligibility using our purchase timestamp, login records, and content-access logs.
3) Refund timing & method
- If eligible, we will initiate your refund within 24 hours of approval to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds.
- Currency conversion and any third-party fees are determined by your payment provider.
4) Non-refundable situations
- Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
- Any login after purchase, or any access to Qbank content/sections
- Expired subscriptions or partially used subscription periods
- Promotional redemptions, discounts, or free-trial conversions if the account was accessed
- Purchases made via third parties (please contact the original seller)
5) Duplicate charges & technical errors
If you believe you were charged twice or encountered a billing/technical error, contact [email protected]. We’ll investigate and correct errors even if reported after 24 hours, and comply with applicable laws.
6) Cancellations & renewals
You may cancel future renewals at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; it does not create refund eligibility for the current term if the 24-hour window has passed or if the account has been logged into or content accessed.
7) Your statutory rights (Canada, U.S., and international)
This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
- Canada/US: Local consumer laws and automatic-renewal rules may apply; we provide clear renewal terms and an easy cancellation method.
- EU/UK (and similar jurisdictions): You may have a statutory withdrawal right for digital content unless you request immediate access. By logging in to CRP Qbank, you request immediate access and acknowledge that any applicable withdrawal right may be lost.
- Other regions: We comply with any non-excludable consumer guarantees under local law.
Where local law offers greater protection, we will honor the greater protection.
8) Fair use & abuse prevention
We may decline refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent this policy.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when the latest version took effect.
